If you do not have a specific date in mind, go in with the season or month you would like to get married in and find out the venue’s availability. Take tours of different venues you have in mind and find the venue that you love! Once you have a date set, you will have a better idea of what your timeline for planning looks like!

Planning a wedding takes a lot of time and energy, but having a planner takes a lot of stress out of the process! The AMW team is here to help you plan the wedding of your dreams! A good place to start is by creating your guest list. This gives you a better idea of how to budget for catering, stationery, decor, rentals, and other details! It is also important to consider what are your priorities. Maybe you want to spend a little more on the florals or maybe you want to spend more on the perfect venue. Once you find what is most important to you, you can better allocate your overall budget to the other details!





Book Your Vendors


With your budget in place, it is time to start booking your vendors! Your wedding planner can make great recommendations based on your budget, style, and vision of your wedding! Some important vendors to book early as their availability can fill up quickly are your photographer, band or DJ, and hair and makeup artist. Other important vendors to consider are rentals, catering, bakery, and more. You can also consider fun and unique vendors such as a live painter, dessert cart, or a fun vintage getaway car!
