How we make your dream become your reality

Step 1. The Planning

Planning a wedding is like having a second job and we know you don't always have the time to commit to that, but the AMW team does! 

Within planning, we handle all vendor negotiations, custom budget development,

timeline, and layout design. You will have complete access to your planning files through a shared client portal. Scheduled check-ins, curated vendor recommendations, a design board based on your vision, and final wedding guides are a few of the things you will see during your wedding planning experience.

Step 2. The Design

Our team will focus on creating a customized event design based on your wedding vision. 

To us, it is important this event will not be just another wedding from the book but a curated design that will speak to you as a couple.

 

We will take time to sit with you and talk vision, create a design board, look at linen swatch books, talk patterns, and tonal accents. You will leave understanding the overall feel of your guest experience.

Step 3. The Details

When it comes to the details it is important to our team to focus on your creative partners that make up your wedding day. We will begin by contacting vendors and providing timelines, layouts, and day-of details prior to the wedding date. 

The production of your wedding day is equally as important to us. We see that your details and hard work come to life the way you envisioned it. You will be fully staffed with your lead planner and team assistants to help manage guest flow, the event timeline, design of the day, and more.

Partial Planning

  • First meeting, venue walkthrough, special orders final details meeting

  • Visit event site prior to the wedding date (1)

  • Vendor touch-base emails (four months prior)

  • Digital online planner portal

  • 12-hours of on-site coordination  

  • Total of 3++ AMW team members on the wedding day

  • 4-week bridal party guide

  • 4-week vendor guide

  • Partial designing assistance

  • 1-month checklist, gratuity guide, other guides

  • Development of a detailed timeline and layout

Micro Wedding

  • Hotel booking accommodations

  • Ceremony location and officiant booking/coordination

  • Knowledge and assistance with the marriage license

  • Dinner reservations accommodation

  • Complimentary access to decor collection for the dinner table or ceremony site

  • Assistance with recommending and securing your photographer, video, floral, and musician vendors

  • Onsite coordination with AMW planner for the ceremony and intimate reception

  • Full set up and break down of space and decor
