We are so excited to introduce our Spring 2023 team! The Lead Team, Marketing Coordinators, and Planning Coordinators all work together to make Alexandra Madison Weddings possible. We loved hearing and sharing everyone's top wedding trends for the season, the best parts of the wedding day, and their favorite parts about working with AMW.
The Lead Team
Alexandra Woodlief
Alexandra is the Owner and Lead Designer of Alexandra Madison Weddings! Alexandra started AMW back in 2013 and has training and wedding experience from all over the country. She has been everywhere from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Los Angeles, California and back to our home in South Carolina. Alexandra has experience in all areas of events such as venue management, catering, rentals, and of course, wedding planning. Her favorite part of wedding day is the cake cutting; she loves how special that first moment is between the new couple. Alexandra is excited to see

can bring to each wedding day this season!
Parker Coggins
Parker is one of our Lead Planners from Raleigh, North Carolina! She attended the University of South Carolina and is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is truly a Carolina girl through and through! Parker's journey with Alexandra Madison Weddings began in 2019 as an Associate Planner. Now, she helps us expand AMW further into North Carolina. Parker comes from an experience background in events, private clubs, catering, banquets and golf tournaments. Her favorite wedding trend is custom champagne bottles and anything specialty monogrammed; she feels it adds an element of personalization and uniqueness on the big day.
Sarah English
Sarah is one of our Lead Planners from Chapin, South Carolina! She went to the University of South Carolina where she studied Public Relations with a minor in Business. She has been with AMW since the Fall of 2019. She loves working with AMW as her position allows her to be a positive role model for the interns while doing what she loves!
Sarah recently got married herself this past Labor Day weekend at The Cotton Press in Columbia, South Carolina. We loved planning her vibrant and colorful day with her and new husband Baylen! See her Wedding Album by Ashleigh Donahue Photography here!
Abby Fox
Abby joined our team this past December and is an Associate Planner!
She is a 2022 Graduate from the University of Utah where she studied Business Management and Marketing. Being originally from Utah, Abby enjoys living in South Carolina and spends her time taking trips to Charlotte and Charleston on the weekends! Abby loves working with AMW as she loves giving the brides advice, paying close attention to detail, and helping others. Her favorite parts of the wedding day are the first dance and the beautiful flowers that are displayed.
Katherine Rentz
Katherine joined our team as a marketing coordinator in the Fall of 2021 and is now our Production Manager! She coordinates all things styled shoots and works closely with our marketing team. She graduated from the University of South Carolina this past May with a degree in Marketing & Business Economics. She looks forward to continuing to work with the team on creative and fun styled shoots!
Kendra Nedell
Kendra joined our team in the fall and is one of our Associate Planners!
She is from Virginia and graduated from Washington & Lee University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Studio Art. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, out on the boat, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her golden retriever, Eddy!
She is based in Charleston and loves Charleston weddings specifically since there are so many beautiful venues and such variety. Florals and music are some of her favorite aspects of the day. Her favorite part of the wedding day is when everyone is getting ready because there is so much excitement!
MK Kovalchik
MK joined our team as a Planning Coordinator and is now our Retail Manager! She loves that her position incorporates both planning and retailing into her work. She is from Suwanee, Georgia and is currently studying Fashion Merchandising at the University of South Carolina. One of her favorite parts about working with AMW is seeing the brides' visions come to life through the designed merchandise. She also teaches fitness classes at Pure Barre, a local fitness studio. In her free time, she loves to bake, go shopping, and hang out with her friends.
