It seems like everyone is extra excited this year about the fall season. Here at AMW, we are excited for all things fall and winter weddings. We are thrilled to introduce our team for this 2022 end of year season! The Lead Team, Planning Coordinators, and Marketing Coordinators all work together to make Alexandra Madison Weddings possible.

Alexandra Woodlief
(Owner & Lead Planner/Designer)
Alexandra is the owner and lead designer of Alexandra Madison Weddings! Alexandra started AMW in 2013 and has training & wedding experience from all over the US. From Santa Fe and Los Angeles to our home in South Carolina, Alexandra has experience in all areas of events including venue management, catering, rentals, and wedding planning. Her favorite part of the wedding day is the cake cutting; she loves how special that first moment is between the new couple. Alexandra is excited to see the exciting new looks this fall team can bring to our weddings this season!
Parker Coggins
(Lead Planner)
Originally from Raleigh, NC, Parker is one of our Charlotte based lead planners. She moved to Charlotte after attending the University of South Carolina and helped expand AMW further into North Carolina starting in 2019. She's a Carolina girl through and through! Parker comes from an experienced background in events, private clubs, catering, banquets and golf tournaments. Her favorite wedding trend is custom champagne bottles and anything specialty monogrammed; she feels it adds an element of personalization and uniqueness on the big day.
Sarah English
(Lead Planner)
Sarah is from Chapin, SC and went to the University of South Carolina where she studied Public Relations with a minor in Business. After starting on the AMW team in Fall of 2019, she got more involved in AMW after graduation in 2020 and is now one of our lead planners!
Sarah (previously Smith!) recently got married herself this past Labor Day weekend at The Cotton Press in Columbia, SC. We loved planning her vibrant and colorful day with her and new husband Baylen! Pictures to come soon!
Anna Brady
(Lead Planner)
Anna joins us all the way from Grand Rapids, MI! After graduation from Hope College in Michigan, she moved to Charlotte, NC in 2020 and joined our family in the Fall of 2021! Anna is one of our Lead Planners and has experience in special orders to help you customize your special day.
Her favorite part about being a wedding planner is being able to see our couple's dreams come to life throughout the planning process and on the day of their wedding. She thinks their reactions are absolutely priceless when they first see it all in person.
Mary Gregory
(Lead Planner)
Mary joined our team in 2020 as a Marketing Coordinator and is now another of our Charlotte based lead planners. She comes marketing and public relations, but has a passion for planning through her background in events, large-scale concerts, and sporting event management. Her favorite part about being a wedding planner is the moment right before sending the client down the aisle. “It is such a rewarding moment seeing the bride so happy and knowing that we contributed to the happiness in making their day all they dreamed of and more!”
Ashley Smith
(Associate Planner)
Ashley joined our team at the beginning of the summer and is now our Charleston based Associate Planner! Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, she graduated from the University of South Carolina this past May with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. Her favorite wedding trend is the black and white checkered dance floor and her favorite part of the wedding day is the first look!
Katherine Rentz
(Production Manager)
Katherine joined our team as a marketing coordinator in the Fall of 2021 and is now our Production Manager! She coordinates all things styled shoots and works closely with our marketing team. She also graduated from the University of South Carolina this past May with a degree in Marketing & Business Economics. She looks forward to continuing to work with the team on creative and fun styled shoots!
Mary Katherine Kovalchik
(Specialty Orders Lead Assistant)
Mary Katherine is currently studying Fashion Merchandising at the University of South Carolina. She joined our team as a Planning Coordinator and now also assists the lead team in special orders. She loves the getting ready photos from a bride's wedding day and looks forward to helping every bride bring their vision for their big day to life!
