Meet our Spring 2021 Team!

We are so excited to welcome our spring team of assistants to the Alexandra Madison Weddings family! Read below to find out a little bit about each AMW associate, including their favorite current wedding trend, dream wedding color palette, and more!

AMW Lead Team

Alexandra Woodlief

Alexandra is the Owner and Lead Designer of Alexandra Madison Weddings! Alexandra started AMW in 2013 and has training and wedding experience from all over the country, from Santa Fe, NM and Los Angeles, CA to South Carolina and Georgia! Alexandra has experience in all areas of events such as venue management, catering, rentals, and of course wedding planning! Alexandra's favorite current wedding trend is seating charts and assigned seating! She thinks its great during COVID times and helpful when keeping a healthy distance from other guests as well as allowing an enhancement of table settings. There are so many opportunities for personalization including custom name plates, escort walls, place settings, etc! We also asked Alexandra what her dream wedding color palette would be and she is loving pops of marigold, pomegranate, lilac, ivory, and leafy green. She loves incorporating cosmos and greenery into floral design!

Jessica Jones

Jessica is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Management, Human Resources, and Marketing and a minor in Hospitality Management. In 2016, Jessica joined the AMW team as a coordinator in training and has moved up the ranks over the years to become one of our lead planners! Her past experience, combined with years of wedding industry training, make her the perfect match for our couples, especially those who want to dive into the logistics of their day, to incorporate any unique trends, or to lower their wedding planning stress! Her favorite current wedding trend is mismatched bridesmaid dresses and her dream wedding color palette would include terracotta, watermelon, apricot, and juniper!

Parker Coggins

Parker is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Planning and Club Management. Parker joined the AMW team in 2019 and admires our team's devotion to transform any amount of resources into lasting memories on a bride's dream day. She cherishes the moment couples see their vision come to life on the big day, signifying their happily ever after. Her favorite current wedding trend is custom champagne bottles! Custom meaning a painted champagne bottle that highlights a special detail about your wedding day. Her favorite are the bottles featuring the couple's wedding monogram. Another fun way outside of invites or decor to incorporate your monogram into your day! Parker's dream wedding color palette would include a combination of blue glass ginger jars, peony pink, a pewter/gold mix, and acrylic!

Mary Gregory

Mary is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Sport and Entertainment Management. Mary's favorite current wedding trends are lounge settings, tall beautiful floral centerpieces, and chandeliers! Her dream wedding color palette would include champagne, blush, gold, ivory, light rose, and touches of sage.

Sophie Large

Sophie graduated this past December from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her favorite current wedding trend is personalized charcuterie boards at cocktail hour. Sophie's dream color palette is suede rose, copper, palm, and pearl.

Lauren Copeland

Lauren is a senior majoring in Retail Merchandising at the University of South Carolina. Lauren loves all of the ways to incorporate velvet into your big day such as specialty linens, suit jackets, and shoes. She is also obsessed with the idea of a New Years Eve wedding! Lauren's dream wedding color palette would include champagne, watermelon, black velvet, and dusty rose.

Miranda Hampton

Miranda is a senior at Clemson University majoring in Marketing and Management minor with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Her favorite trend is neon signs and her dream wedding color palette is cloudy gray, beige, tan, dusty rose, and white.

Madeline Lane

Madeline is a sophomore at the University of South Carolina majoring in Hospitality with a minor in Business Administration. Her favorite current wedding trend is animal weddings! She loves alpacas and there have been so many weddings with alpacas recently! Her favorite is when they have flower collars on and take pictures with the bride! Madeline's dream color palette would include blush, gold, and rustic colors. She loves vibrant rose colored decor with a hint of copper!

Madelyn Puckett

Madelyn is a sophomore at the University of South Carolina majoring in Retail Management with a minor in Business Administration. Her favorite current wedding trend is vintage getaway cars and her dream wedding color palette is seaglass, champagne, stone, and marina blue.

Elizabeth Riddle

Elizabeth is a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Mass Communications with a minor in Event Management. Her favorite current wedding trend is having Chick-Fil-A nuggets as a late night snack for guests. Elizabeth's dream wedding color palette includes sage, blush, white, and gold.

Sarah Smith

Sarah is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations. She absolutely loves lounge areas and donut walls or ice cream bars. Her dream wedding color palette would include terracotta, burgundy, and blush pink! She also loves incorporating a mix of pampas grass flower arrangements.

AMW Spring Marketing Coordinators

Logan Young

Logan is a sophomore majoring in Sport and Entertainment Management with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. Her favorite current wedding trend is fairy lights and string lights. Logan's dream wedding color palette includes champagne, gold, neutrals, and blush.

MK Raley

MK is a junior at the University of South Carolina majoring in finance with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. MK's favorite current wedding trend is specialty cocktails! She thinks it's such a unique way to incorporate a special part of your life into your wedding. Her dream wedding color palette includes rosewood, ivory, mulberry, and blush!

Anna Quinlan

Anna is a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Hospitality. Anna's favorite current wedding trend is unique wedding venues. With micro-weddings and elopements being on the rise due to the pandemic, Anna loves the idea of boat weddings, restaurant weddings, garden weddings, etc! Her dream wedding color palette would include southern blue and white, with pops of peony pink!

Taylor Riley

Taylor is a sophomore at the University of South Carolina majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. Her favorite current wedding trends are lounge areas and luscious greenery. Taylor's dream wedding color palette would include either blush pink and gold or dusty blue and gold!

Riley McGee

Riley is a sophomore at the University of South Carolina majoring in Marketing and Human Resources with a minor in Event Management. Riley's favorite current wedding trend is twinkly lights, dessert bars, and customized neon signs. Her dream wedding color palette would include dusty blue, blush, and ivory.
