We have had a busy and exciting year so far and we wanted to reflect back on some of our favorite moments from recent weddings. Hopefully, some of these ideas will spark some inspiration for you on your big day!
Laura and Christopher at Lowndes Grove
First up we have Laura and Christopher's micro-wedding at Lowndes Grove in Charleston, SC. This small gathering was packed full of gorgeous details that we just can't get enough of. Varying shades of blue paired with white florals and green accents brought a timeless look to this design. The vintage stamps, ginger jars, and oyster placecards were wonderful details that tied it all together. Not to mention, the location right on the water was like a dream!
KC and Pete at Patriot's Point
KC and Pete's wedding at Patriot's Point in Mount Pleasant, SC was a beautiful, vibrant event that we just adored. The florals were a mixed of vibrant and pastel pinks, with gold accents and intricate greenery! Their hanging floral piece structure paired well with their white and natural birchwood dance floor that had guests celebrating all night. A fun addition to this wedding was KC and Pete's large light up marquee letters that spelled their new last name. This was a nice focal point and served as a great photo opp!
Caroline and Parker in Aiken, SC
Caroline and Parker's gorgeous and romantic wedding was at The Willcox in Aiken, SC. Their design featured colors of champagne and a blue mist with accents of gold and greenery. This simple design looked effortlessly elegant and timeless. The specialty linens added to the floral petal design.
Megan and Hunter at Boone Hall
Megan and Hunter's wedding at Boone Hall in Mount Pleasant, SC was an absolute dream. The location was gorgeous with the intricate gate and large oak trees draped in Spanish moss. Pastel blues and blush paired wonderfully with accents of gold. Megan and Hunter chose to have a gelato cart provided by Gelati Moto and it was a fantastic addition!
Megan and Todd at The Dewberry
Megan and Todd's wedding was at The Dewberry in Charleston, SC last December. This winter wedding included a deep cranberry color paired with a rich evergreen color that gave the perfect accent of a holiday feel. The reception setting added accents of gold and teal to pull it all together. One thing we really loved about this wedding was their pink arrival car from The Pink Figgy! This beautiful winter micro wedding was featured in Vogue Weddings! One of Alexandra Madison Weddings' greatest accomplishments!
There are so many more special wedding days we wish we could include! These are just a few of our recent works that are sure to give you some inspiration. Each wedding we take part in is a special day for each individual bride and groom and we look forward to every single one. It is a special moment seeing each design brought to life!
