Pink touches, a horse-drawn carriage, and personal details at every turn made Caitlann and Josh Belflower's wedding feel like their own story brought to life.
Their day began at The Legare Waring House in Charleston. Under the shade of the oak trees draped in Spanish moss, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming as friends and family gathered to celebrate.
Caitlann spent the morning with her bridesmaids, getting ready and soaking in the slow build of excitement before the ceremony. Her bridesmaids, dressed head to toe in soft pink pajamas and fluffy white slippers, were by her side every step of the way. The morning was filled with laughter and joy, as Caitlann truly looked like a real-life princess preparing for her moment.
Under the canopy of ancient oaks, Caitlann and Josh shared a magical first look—a quiet, intimate moment before the jaw-dropping ceremony we can’t stop talking about. They exchanged thoughtful vows that reflected their deep connection and love, surrounded by nature’s beauty.
The florals were simply breathtaking—soft pink roses and peonies adorned every corner, from the ceremony arch to the floral lining of the aisle, perfectly complementing the trees that towered overhead and created a magical charm.
Her bridesmaids carried the theme gracefully in simple pink dresses, each holding full bouquets that matched the romantic palette. Even Josh and his groomsmen joined in the fun, sporting pink accents that added a playful touch to the day.
After the “I dos,” guests enjoyed an unforgettable cocktail hour. A cozy lounge area with scalloped umbrellas set the scene, while a specialty drink garnished with fresh strawberries added sweetness to the celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. Even the bartenders wore green bowties to tie into the color story.
Personalization was the star of the show, from acrylic crested stir sticks, to a custom-crested welcome sign covered in flowers and an escort board that quickly became a favorite photo spot for guests.
The bridal portraits with the horse-drawn carriage were nothing short of enchanting. Caitlann looked radiant as she posed beside the carriage, capturing a timeless, fairytale moment that will be treasured forever.
One of our favorite parts of the day was the cocktail hour’s circular impact bar. A statement piece that brought the whole event together with style and grace. Caitlann and Josh’s wedding screamed impact in the most tasteful and elegant ways. The couple even incorporated their own signature scent throughout the night with custom candles, adding a sensory layer to their personalized celebration.
The cake was a showstopper, both visually and in taste. Covered in delicate florals and topped with a bold “B” monogram front and center, it was the perfect centerpiece for the cozy, intimate reception. Inside, you guessed it, pink slices for every guest!
Linens draped from the ceilings and hanging floral arrangements created an ethereal atmosphere, while the dance floor was uniquely theirs, featuring their crest carried throughout every detail. Table settings were effortlessly beautiful, with pink and green florals that brought the day’s colors to life from top to bottom.
The first dances left guests reaching for tissues, and custom watercolor portrait take-home gifts brought smiles all around. No one left empty-handed or without a memory to cherish.
As the night came to a close, Caitlann and Josh departed in a vintage Rolls Royce, cheered on by their loved ones beneath a canopy of twinkling lights... the perfect ending to a perfect day.
