Meet AMW’s Spring 2026 Team
There’s nothing we love more than a fresh season and fresh energy, and Spring 2026 is already bringing both.
This talented group of planners, coordinators, and creatives works alongside Alex—the heart and face of AMW—to bring joyful, seamless, and thoughtfully planned weddings to life.
Friendly, knowledgeable, detail-driven, and always excited about what we do, this team truly embodies the spirit of AMW.

Lead Planners
Helen Enghauser – Lead Planner
Helen, based in Charleston, has been with AMW for three years. With a background in teaching, she discovered her passion for event planning, recognizing that it draws on the same skills of planning and execution. Her favorite part of planning is starting the journey with brides up to a year out, building genuine relationships, and helping bring their dream day to life. She believes specialty linens, stage facades, and tall statement florals can take a wedding from nice to wow.
Parker is our Charlotte-based planner and has been with AMW for over six years. She discovered her love for event planning while studying Hospitality Management at the University of South Carolina. Her favorite wedding detail is incorporating a specialty monogram for a personal, timeless touch. What she loves most about planning is building lasting relationships with her couples while working alongside such a supportive, creative team.
Sarah Elizabeth is our Columbia-based planner and has been with AMW for nearly four years. She also serves as our Rental Logistics Manager, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly. Her favorite part of planning is witnessing the couple’s first look—a meaningful moment before the celebration begins. She loves the trend of cozy lounge seating at receptions, which offers guests a stylish place to relax while elevating the overall vibe
Abby is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and has been with AMW for four years. With a background in interior design and business management, Abby immediately fell in love with event planning. Her favorite part of the role is the energy and anticipation leading up to the big day. If given the chance to design a celebrity wedding, Abby would choose Kim Kardashian—knowing it would be over-the-top, unique, and truly one of a kind.
Sarah, a South Carolina native and University of South Carolina graduate, is now one of our lead planners based in Columbia. Her favorite part of the wedding day is seeing the final design come to life. After all the work that happens behind the scenes, watching every detail come together and the client’s vision unfold is the most rewarding part of her job!
Assistants
Mimi DeMasi - Executive Assistant
Mimi is from Irmo, South Carolina, and is currently a junior majoring in Sports and Entertainment Management. Her dream venue is the Kiawah Ocean Course because of the amazing views overlooking the ocean. Her favorite part of AMW is knowing she's helping bring someone's dream wedding to life.
Anna Taylor – Executive Planning Assistant
Anna Taylor is an Executive Planning Assistant from Raleigh, NC, with a focus on Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and Risk Management. She supports, helps, and contributes to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Her favorite part of working at AMW is the opportunity to meet and work with new people, whether it’s fellow AMW team members or vendor partners, and she values the constant learning that comes from building new relationships.
Special Orders
Eliza Mullen – Special Orders
Eliza is from Lexington, South Carolina, and is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina. Her favorite part of working in Special Details is the opportunity to showcase each couple’s unique personality through thoughtful, custom designs. Her current favorite wedding trend is bar wallpaper, as it’s a perfect way to incorporate wedding colors while adding a personalized touch. Eliza’s dream venue is the Thomas Bennett House in Charleston, which she loves for its garden party atmosphere and expansive front porch.
Olivia Branson- Special Orders
Olivia is from Richmond, VA, and works on the Marketing team with a focus on special orders, bringing a background in retail management to her role. She enjoys collaborating with customers and internal teams to create customized experiences, and her dream wedding vision is a coastal celebration featuring white lily flowers and blue hydrangeas, set outdoors with a live band for an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
Claire Perkinson – Special Orders
Claire is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a junior majoring in HR Management and Marketing. Her favorite wedding trend is bright and whimsical color palettes that bring weddings to life. Her favorite moment on the wedding day is watching the couple see everyone they love in one room.
Marketing Team
Maggie McLean- Marketing Coordinator
She is a junior member of the Marketing team based in Greenville, South Carolina, with a double major in Marketing and HR management. She enjoys learning and growing within the team, and her dream wedding vision is a coastal-inspired celebration featuring blue and green ginger jars and patterned details throughout.
Ella Martin- Marketing Coordinator
She is based in Cary, NC, and studies business with a focus on marketing and finance, and this semester, she’s excited to learn more about marketing and the wedding industry while experiencing more weddings. She loves second outfits at the reception and multi-day wedding weekends, and her dream wedding would be an outdoor celebration at the Kiawah Ocean Course.
Avery Malone- Marketing Coordinator
Avery is from West Chester, Pennsylvania, and studies visual communications as a sophomore. Her favorite wedding trend is a blue and green coastal theme, and her favorite wedding moment is seeing the bride walk down the aisle.
Olivia Ciokajlo- Marketing Coordinator
She is from Stamford, Connecticut, and is a senior majoring in Public Relations. Her favorite wedding moments are the first look or seeing the bride walk down the aisle and witnessing the groom’s reaction, and she’s excited this semester to help with weddings and be part of people’s special days.
Penelope Gilmore- Marketing Coordinator
She is from Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business Entrepreneurship. Her favorite wedding trends are embroidered wedding attire and the first look with their father. She is most excited for what she is going to learn through her peers and experiences this semester, along with being a part of the weddings!
Planning Team
Lisa DeGise- Planning Coordinator
Lisa is a member of the Planning Team from Hillsdale, New Jersey, with a background in hospitality management. Her dream wedding is a rustic farm celebration featuring an outdoor setting, abundant florals, lace details, and a live band.
Anne Weber- Planning Coordinator
She is from Surry, Virginia, and is a sophomore majoring in Accounting and Marketing. Her dream wedding location is Villa Balbiano on Lake Como in Italy, and her current favorite wedding trend is having the wedding party seated.
Lola Gallagher- Planning Coordinator
Lola is from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and is a junior majoring in English with a minor in event management. Her favorite wedding moments are the ceremony and exchanging vows. This semester, she’s excited to be a part of AMW, learning how to design, plan, and execute weddings while building new friendships.
Caroline Krahl- Planning Coordinator
Caroline is from Burlington, Vermont, and is a senior majoring in Hospitality. Her favorite wedding trend is first looks, which she finds really sweet and special. This semester, she’s excited to graduate and celebrate that milestone with her best friends and family.
Caroline Gotlewski -Planning Coordinator
She is from Poolesville, Maryland, and is a junior majoring in Sport and Entertainment Management. Her favorite wedding trend is incorporating a custom monogram on decor, and she’s most excited about helping make each couple’s dream day a reality.
