We are so excited to welcome our Fall Planning and Marketing Coordinators to the Alexandra Madison Weddings family! Follow along below to read about each of our new coordinators including their favorite wedding trends and what they are each looking forward to most about this fall with AMW...
AMW Lead Team
ALEXANDRA WOODLIEF
Alexandra is the Owner and Lead Designer of Alexandra Madison Weddings! Alexandra started AMW in 2013 and has training and wedding experience from all over the country, from Santa Fe, NM and Los Angeles, CA to South Carolina and Georgia! Alexandra has experience in all areas of events such as venue management, catering, rentals, and of course wedding planning! Alexandra's favorite current wedding trend is highlighting the "Color of the Year" and incorporating that into design. Her favorite part of wedding day is the cake cutting! She loves how special that first moment is between the new couple. Alexandra is excited to see the new and exciting looks this team can bring to each wedding day!
PARKER COGGINS
Parker graduated from the University of SC with a Hospitality Management Degree focused in events. Parker has only ever lived in the Carolinas. She grew up in Raleigh, NC, of course moved to Columbia for school and now is back in NC specifically in Charlotte to help expand the AMW brand. Although Parker and Alex have known one another for over 5 years through UofSC ADPi chapter, her time specifically with AMW began in 2019. Parker started with us as an Associate Planner and is now one of our Leads! She comes from a background in events, private clubs, banquets/catering and golf tournaments. Favorite wedding trend is the custom champagne bottles and anything speciality monogrammed! She feels it adds an element of personalization and uniqueness on the big day. Parker is most looking forward to the fall season because of her love for outdoor weddings in the beautiful fall weather and the high energy that surrounds this busy time of year!
MARY GREGORY
Mary graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and Sport and Entertainment Management, from Fort Mill, SC. She has lived in the state of SC her entire life! She started with AMW as a marketing coordinator over a year ago and quickly merged into planning, learning all things about wedding planning. She turned her passion into a career with AMW as an Associate Planner while also working as the Marketing and HR Manager! Mary’s favorite part about being a wedding planner is the moment right before sending the client down the aisle. “It is such a rewarding moment seeing the bride so happy and knowing that we contributed to the happiness in making their day all they dreamed of and more!” She says that she is most looking forward to watching the fall team excel in their positions. "I can’t wait to see how much the women grow and to serve as a mentor for them as they learn all there is to know about the dream job of wedding planning!”
SOPHIE LARGE
Sophie graduated from UofSC in December of 2020 with a hospitality management degree and a focus in events. She’s originally from Houston, TX but now calls SC home!! She has always had a passion for events and started working in country clubs and the catering/event side. She saw AMW advertise an internship on their Instagram the summer going into my senior year and knew she had to apply. She has loved every second so far and is thrilled to continue working with AMW full time! Sophie’s favorite wedding trend is signature drinks with a matching bar sign and lounge seating. He favorite part of the wedding day is when the groom first sees the bride whether it’s down the aisle or a first look! She also LOVES first dances, she cries every time. She is SO excited to work with this fall team and watch everyone grow. Sophie can’t wait to share her passion for events and weddings with everyone and she can’t wait to see this fall team experience it all first hand.

KILEY CULBERTSON
Kiley is a junior at the University of South Carolina studying Hospitality Management. Her current favorite wedding trend is live painters on the wedding day!
"I’m most excited to work with brides and the rest of the AMW team to learn the whole process of planning weddings and events! I’m excited to watch everything come together for an unforgettable day!"
RORIE AMOS
Rorie is a junior studying Public Relations at the University of South Carolina. Her current favorite wedding trend is incorporating the boho theme!
"I am most excited about getting experience in what I want to do for my future career and seeing all of the beautiful weddings that AMW is creating!"
SARAH-ELIZABETH RHYNE
Sarah-Elizabeth is a Junior at the University of South Carolina studying Hospitality Management. She has been with AMW since the summer and is now a part of the apprentice program on the planning team! Her current favorite wedding trend is a champagne grab with gold bookshelves or boxwood walls!
"I am most excited to continue designing and planning with my assigned clients and working with them on their wedding days!"
SARAH SMITH
Sarah graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2020 with a degree in Public Relations and is currently working in Sales. Sarah is a very special asset to the AMW team as she is also part of the Apprentice Program for the Planning Team and beginning training to be a lead on wedding days! Fun fact she is also a client of ours! Congratulations to Sarah on her engagement! Her current favorite wedding trend is all white bridesmaids dresses.
"This semester I’m most excited for getting the opportunity to help lead weddings and train the new team! I’m excited for all the girls that joined us this semester as well as all of the cooler tones that we are getting to see in our weddings with the different color palettes with fall and winter approaching!"
ANNA BRADY
Anna graduated May of 2020 from Hope College in Holland, MI. Her current favorite wedding trend is twinkle lights!
"I am most excited to learn more about the wedding industry and get to know all of the women of AMW!"
AMANDA OLIVER
Amanda is a Senior studying Hospitality and Event Management at the University of Alabama. Her favorite wedding trend at the moment is fun dessert options like an ice cream bar!
"In the fall I'm excited to work weddings where more fall colors come into play"
MEREDITH COVERT
Meredith is a junior studying Hospitality Management with a minor in Event Management at the University of South Carolina! Her current favorite wedding trend is dried floral installations!
"I am most excited to see all of the beautiful fall wedding colors a and floral elements come to life!"

KATHERINE RENTZ
Katherine is a senior at the University of South Carolina studying Business Economics and Marketing. Her current favorite wedding trend is the two (or multiple!) wedding dress trend because she loves seeing a bride's personality in two looks on the wedding day!
"I'm most excited about participating in the creation, planning, and execution of styled shoots with AMW!"
EMILY MORRIS
Emily is a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Her current favorite wedding trend is specialty cocktails on the wedding day!
"I am most excited to work my first wedding, getting to attend a tasting, and creating a dream wedding vision board for a client!"
Emily is also a part of the Planning Coordinator team with AMW!
LANAH PAIGE
Lanah is a Senior at the University of South Carolina studying Mass Communications and a minor in Retailing! Lanah's favorite current wedding trend is the use of lounge furniture - specifically vintage velvet sofas!
"I am most excited about learning all of the behind the scenes details that happen on the wedding day!"
In addition to our new Planning and Marketing Coordinators, you might be seeing some familiar faces on AMW wedding days and communications! Kelsey, Sarah, Amanda, Meredith, Sarah-Elizabeth, Perry, and Elizabeth are all joining us this fall to a certain capacity whether it be on wedding day staff, invitation design, client file management, etc! We love them dearly and appreciate the hard work they put in for AMW!
