Boho Wedding Style Guide

The fall wedding season brings so many of our favorite things! From those specialty lattes, to beautiful weather, and our favorite thing - boho themed weddings! The boho wedding is unique, yet classy and is perfect for the bride who wants to get creative with her wedding colors, florals, and overall design! Below are our favorite ways to tie in the boho theme into your wedding design.

Floral Arbors! Floral arbors or ceremony backdrops are the perfect way to keep that boho feel alive at your ceremony. This is where you can get creative and bring any design to life. Try adding special details with color braided cord to spice it up even more! Bonus points for unique shapes and sizes!

Wildflower Floral Arrangements! Ask your florist what flowers are in season and have them create the perfect arrangements for your wedding. Add muted colors, dried florals, and pampas grass to tie in the boho theme in an effortless manor. If muted colors aren't for you, no problem! Add soft pinks, oranges, tans, and greens into your floral arrangements for added pops of color that still give you that boho feel. For a more unique look try floating florals and hang them over your table settings!

Add Rattan! This is the perfect way to bring contrast to your wedding décor. From rattan chargers to rattan chairs the mixing of this element to your wedding design will give you a classic boho chic look! Rattan brings in that natural feel to your designs, keeping true to the earthy tones of the boho style.

Add Texture! Texture can be added almost anywhere to your wedding design which is why this is our favorite must have! Add texture to your wedding cake by incorporating layers and ruffles. Use different types of fabric for your specialty linens for your table settings and drapery’s. Add lace detailing! Adding lace to your wedding dress is a favorite of ours because it allows you to become the focal point of design at your wedding. Lace will add that perfect boho look with all the intricate designs and detailing.

There are so many more elements you can add to your boho wedding and we'd love to be a part of your design and planning journey! So take what inspiration you may and create the boho wedding of your dreams!
