Alexandra Woodlief

(Lead Planner & Owner)

Welcome to 2024! I'm Alexandra and the lead planner behind AMW.

In 2013, the thought of Alexandra Madison Weddings began with a choice to go into training in several different areas that all help make wedding day magic happen. I am lucky enough to have trained and had wedding experience in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Los Angeles, California and the surrounding Southeastern areas of South Carolina and Georgia. Within those areas, I have trained in a variety of areas including venue management, client relations, catering, rentals, and wedding planning!

AMW started servicing brides full time in 2017 and averages about 40 - 60 weddings per year. Our staffing team for your wedding day is typically made up of 2-4 of our wonderful planners and assistants. We can't wait to get started!

Parker Coggins

Lead Planner

From Raleigh, NC, Parker is our Charlotte based lead planner. With a background in serving and banquet events, plus her knowledge from years with the Master Golf Tournament, she is the embodiment of Southern Hospitality! Parker has served over 50 AMW couples during their wedding since 2018.

Her favorite part of a wedding day is the couple's first dance. She explains that "not only is it a special moment between the newlyweds and parents, but I think these dances are the perfect transition from the ceremony into the celebration."

Kendra Nedell

Lead Planner

Kendra is our lead wedding planner based in Charleston, SC! With a background in marketing and a passion for the industry, she offers a unique perspective when it comes to planning weddings and creating unforgettable experiences for her clients.

Kendra has a love for florals and especially enjoys working with bands! She believes together, these two elements create an ideal reception atmosphere. When she’s not busy working, she loves spending the day in Charleston with her golden retriever, Eddy, and exploring new restaurants with friends!

Abby Fox

Lead Planner

Abby is our lead planner based in our office in Columbia, SC! Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, her background in events and interior design has inspired her passion for planning! Abby’s incredibly detailed-oriented style is key throughout the planning process, as well as on the big day itself, which she is there for from start to finish.

Her favorite part of a wedding day is either the dip-kiss or the first dance. She explains “in the midst all of the decoration and extravagance of the day, it is such a simple moment when you can really see how much a couple loves each other.”

Sarah-Elizabeth

Lead Planner

Sarah-Elizabeth is our lead planner from Columbia, SC! She is going on 4 years with AMW as a lead planner and rentals logistics manager. Her culinary background and experience in private clubs helps her coordinate all parts of the day to deliver an amazing experience for the bride and her guests.

Her favorite part of the wedding day is a first look between the bride and groom. Sarah-Elizabeth explains “ I love when the couple has a moment to themselves before they get whisked away with the events of the day. It is so sweet to see how much they care for each other”.
